1314 E Club Blvd Durham , NC 27704 WRECKLESS, IRRESPONSIBLE, GREEDY, BLOOD SUCKING VULTURES. THEY BOOTED MY CAR AND I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR NEARLY 2HRS ALREADY WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. I HAVE CALLED THE POLICE WHO CANNOT DO ANYTHING. THERE HAS TO BE SOME RECOURSE FOR SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE ACTIONS. 24HR SERVICE MY A$$! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO REPORT THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS - AND YOU SHOULD TOO!!!!

1314 E Club Blvd Durham , NC 27704 This company is evil. They contracted with Colonial Grand Apartment Complex to tow cars that are parked there. No illegal parking sign no nothing. They threatened to leave my wife and 7yo child stranded there after putting a boot on the tire. Either fork up cash or I tow the car is what they said to my wife at ten oclock at night.

1314 E Club Blvd Durham , NC 27704 Chandler's is notorious in Durham for predatory towing and scamming people out of their money. They falsely towed my car as I was eating at a restaurant, and true to their form as a shady business, would not release the car without $200 CASH only. The "service" was extremely slow. Their whole business model depends on contracting out parking lots, paying the owners of these lots a fee, putting a hidden or barely visible sign and waiting to tow the cars and charge exuberant amounts. NEVER use this service as they will charge you many hidden fees once they have your car and demand cash to release it. Hope this serves as a warning to decent people living in Durham.

1314 E Club Blvd Durham , NC 27704 Predatory towing in private lots. Tow Truck driver agreed there were no signs warning of "no parking permit only", yet continued to demand the boot-removal fee.
